Creatively leveraged nuances of property issues, in an otherwise immaculate property, to benefit us as clients immensely. We have trusted her advice 100% at all times on more than one buy, over that of close relatives and friends, and have benefited immensely as a result. In each buy, we won in multiple offer scenarios but not always the highest offer in price. Katayoon is incredibly tactical in more than just negotiation process, but setting up a favourable environment and relationship with all parties to precipitate an ideal result for her client. With minutes of turn around time required, Katayoon patiently and effectively painted a complete picture of potential outcomes for every decision path, and objectively gave realistic “goal posts” on offer / counter offer conditions. Always inclusive of everything we wanted, but insightful and intelligently prioritized our needs with other party’s requirements at the right stage of the negotiation process, even when we didn’t realize what all of our needs would be – she got them addressed anyways.

Katayoon’s valuable insights allowed us to critically weigh costs and benefits, hidden and apparent for both the short and long term, to make smart investments resulting in 200% equity in 5 years, and an additional investment. As a professional stager, Katayoon critically assesses staged and unstaged properties for actual vs. potential value – a huge asset as a buyer and for any seller.
Communications Skills:
At all stages, with long or short turn around times, Katayoon kept us informed and brought us along on complex details of the transaction, often within seconds of new issues and information coming forward. While she is running two real estate businesses, and often referred to scenarios of multiple clients in multiple stages of transactions, her attention to detail in communication made us feel as though we had 100% of her focus and energy at all times. No issues was unaddressed, no question ever went unanswered fully and completely giving us confidence to take action and make decisions that protected our interests and needs throughout the transaction.
